Who we are
La Fábrica is a family project that took shape in the Somontano de Barbastro, at the foot of the Aragonese Pyrenees. We are a team united by a common goal: creating healthy, natural and utterly delicious food, with the finest ingredients.
Inma and Claudio, the driving force behind it all, have combined two passions in one place: the artisan crafting of unique nougat (turrón) and a summer restaurant that every year becomes a small haven on the hillside of Naval.

What we do
Two projects, one shared passion
Turrón Arte.sano
Artisan nougat handcrafted with Marcona almond, Tarragona hazelnuts, Belgian chocolates and organic panela — the purest sugar, unbleached, unrefined. Pioneers in the use of these natural sweeteners.
Several gluten-free and vegan nougat varieties, made at low temperature so they retain all the goodness.
Restaurant La Fábrica
During the summer months we open the Restaurant & Music Bar La Fábrica. An open-air venue where the views, the music and our stews paired with Somontano wines will ease you into a state of serenity and peace.
In Naval, mid-hillside, overlooking the Salinar — the perfect spot for a therapeutic dip in its saltwater pools.

Real ingredients
Organic panela, Marcona almond, Tarragona hazelnuts and Belgian chocolates. No additives, no shortcuts.
Handmade
Crafted at low temperature so the nougat retains all its nutrients. Every piece, one by one.
From here, the Pyrenees
Naval, Huesca. The Somontano is our larder and our home. This is where we craft our nougat and open the restaurant every summer.
A family business
Inma and Claudio at the helm, with a small, close-knit team. We like to treat every customer as if they were coming home.
